Launched in 2009, FMN International, Inc. (AKA "FMN Logistics") was a specialized third party logistics (3PL) service provider on the Northern Distribution Network (NDN) with primary operations in Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Afghanistan to support Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF). FMN handled thousands of in-bound and out-bound container and break-bulk shipments on behalf of NATO/ISAF forces in Afghanistan and provided vital “last mile” trucking services for the majority of U.S. Military shipments on the NDN in support of the Surface Distribution & Deployment Command (SDDC); Defense Logistics Agency (DLA); and U.S. Transportation Command (TRANSCOM).
FMN organized and executed the first military retrograde shipments via Uzbekistan's "friendship bridge” since the Soviet withdrawal of troops in 1988. FMN also was the first 3PL in history to execute military retrograde shipments via Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan in March 2012.
FMN's success was made possible through the support of our valued customers and the tireless efforts from FMN's local employees and support staff in Central Asia and Afghanistan.
FMN's former owners and management will always be grateful for the opportunity to serve our customers and more importantly, honored to have had a small but vital role supporting US war fighters in Afghanistan from 2009 – 2016.
